Sensors Unlimited Inc. has introduced its SU-LDH digital line-scan short-wave infrared InGaAs camera, with rates of more than 40,000 lines per second for 1024 pixels. It is available in a variety of configurations based on the proprietary LC series linear arrays. Standard or extended InGaAs wavelength ranges are available from 0.8 to 1.7 and from 1.0 to 2.2 μm. Square or rectangular pixels can be selected and configured with optional 256-, 512- or 1024-pixel arrays on a 25-μm-pixel pitch; a 50-μm-pixel pitch is available for 256 and 512 arrays. The 14-bit Camera Link-compatible output and control result in easy integration into imaging systems, and the rugged enclosure ensures low maintenance.
