Wavelength Technology Singapore Pte Ltd. has launched a line of solid-state beam shapers that convert the Gaussian profile to a collimated top-hat profile. They are designed for use with lasers operating between 200 and 1100 nm. Their transmissive design accommodates a maximum input beam of 2.4 mm and an output beam of 6.6 mm. Applications include fine drilling and marking.
