Manufactured by Beamtech Optronics Inc. and available through RPMC Lasers Inc., the Pohsga800 series 1064-nm Nd:YAG lasers are suitable for industrial applications including cutting and drilling, spot and seam welding, and trimming and heat treating. They are available in pulsed or CW configurations, with pulsed energy levels from 60 to 120 J and pulse widths from 0.3 to 20 ms, and with CW power levels from 200 to 400 W. The pulsed types have a repetition rate from 1 to 200 Hz, and the CW versions have a spot size of 8 or 9 mm and divergence of 10, 13 or 16 mrad, depending upon the model.
