The PL-B900F series FireWire CCD digital cameras manufactured by PixeLink for machine vision and industrial inspection applications are available in color and monochrome versions, with 1024 × 768-, 1392 × 1040- or 1600 × 1200-pixel resolution, depending upon the model. Frame rate at full resolution is 20, 10 or 15 per second. All offer 8-, 10- and 12-bit depth, a 54-dB dynamic range and a 100-μs shutter speed. Color models consume 3.8 W and monochrome, 3.4 W. The cameras feature onboard look-up tables, multiple triggering modes and low image lag. Real-time flat-field correction enhances image quality and corrects nonuniform illumination.
