Semrock Inc. has unveiled an extension to its UV filter line with ion beam sputtered filters in wavelengths below 230 nm. The company offers the RazorEdge ultrasteep long-wave pass Raman spectroscopy filters in wavelengths from 224 to 1064 nm and the MaxLine laser-line filters in wavelengths from 248.6 to 1064 nm. In addition, a long-wave pass Raman spectroscopy filter for use with 224.3-nm HeAg hollow-cathode metal-ion lasers is available.
