The aeroLase-350 manufactured by Crystal Fibre A/S is a 350-W fiber laser module that contains a monolithic fiber laser cavity with a pump interface and delivery cables. It is available as a ready-to-use stand-alone unit and as an OEM unit. For the former, the user adds commercially available pump diodes and drivers. The latter is supplied in a stripped-down configuration, allowing the user to employ in-house mechanical and thermal handling components. Operating wavelength is 1064 ±1 nm, emission bandwidth is <0.5 nm, rise time from 0 to 350 W is <10 μs, optical-to-optical efficiency is >55%, and output beam quality is M² <1.1. Maximum optical feedback is <5% relative to the pump power.
