Dilas Diode Laser Inc.’s 130- and 200-W fiber-coupled multibar modules provide clad-free coupling at 808, 915, 940 and 980 nm. The devices feature 200-μm fiber with a <0.22 numerical aperture, industrial-grade water chillers to cool the module and its fiber connector, and >4.2 W/A slope efficiency. The four- and six-bar designs are industry-standard and single-conduction-cooled. They are optically stacked and polarization-coupled.
