Toshiba Teli America Inc.’s Clever Dragon CSC12M25BMP19 is a machine vision camera with a proprietary and patented 12-megapixel 1.9-in. monochrome progressive-scan sensor. The CMOS camera delivers 4096 × 3072-pixel resolution, operates at 25 fps and has a low signal-to-noise ratio, comparable to that of a traditional CCD. Its Camera Link interface enables integration into new and existing systems, without the need for special cables or frame grabbers. Features include an electronic global shutter, 2000-lx sensitivity, a 4:3 aspect ratio and a wide dynamic range.
