Dynasil to Purchase Instrumentation Firm

Dynasil Corp. of America, headquartered in West Berlin, N.J., has entered into an agreement to purchase a privately owned advanced instrumentation company. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed. The company said that the merger will triple its size.
