The HSi-300 hyperspectral imaging system from ChromoDynamics Inc. features an integrated electron-multiplying CCD scientific camera, an acousto-optic tunable spectral filter system and a control module. Complete with image capture and hyperspectral analysis software, the system was designed for high-contact, high-throughput fluorescence studies, and for spectral transmission and reflectance imaging. It is suitable for live-cell, whole-animal studies and for fixed-slide clinical diagnostics.
