Four digital progressive-scan CCD cameras have been released by JAI Inc. The CM-140GE, CB-140GE, CM-200GE and CB-200GE each are enclosed in a 29 × 44 × 75-mm housing and are equipped with standard GigE Vision/GenICam digital interfaces. The CM- and CB-140GE models use a Sony ICX205 CCD to deliver 1392 × 1040-pixel resolution in monochrome or raw Bayer color, respectively. The monochrome CM-200GE and the raw Bayer color CB-200GE models produce 1628 × 1236-pixel resolution and use the Sony ICX274 sensor. Both 140GE models operate at 31 fps, and the 200GE models, at 25 fps. All offer partial scanning and binning modes.
