TechSpec preloaded six-position filter wheels with 1-in.-diameter filters have been released by Edmund Optics Inc. Available filter packages include neutral density, short pass, long pass, dichroic and bandpass. The ultraviolet/visible/near-IR neutral density packages include filters with outer diameters of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0. The visible short- and long-pass packages include filters with cutoff or cut-on wavelengths of 500, 550, 600, 650, 700 and 750 nm, and the near-IR short- and long-pass packages include cutoff and cut-on wavelengths of 800, 850, 900, 950, 1000 and 1050 nm. The bandpass package includes filters with glass reference numbers BG38, BG12, U340, RT830, U330 and U360. An additive/subtractive wheel package includes filters in red, green, blue, cyan, yellow and magenta.
