A line of 99.999% metal oxides featuring high purity and low levels of iron, chromium, cobalt, copper, nickel, manganese and vanadium has been introduced by MV Laboratories Inc. for optoelectronics applications. The oxide line includes aluminum, bismuth, magnesium, indium, molybdenum, tungsten, zinc, zirconium and lead, plus silicon and tellurium dioxides.
