Isra Vision Acquires Metronom Automation

Isra Vision AG of Darmstadt, Germany, has finalized its acquisition agreement with Metronom Automation GmbH of Mainz, Germany. The latter company specializes in quality-measurement technology and image processing, which will increase the market penetration of the former’s industrial image-processing technologies.
