Chinese Firm Enters Solar Market

XinAo Group of Heibei, China, announced that it is entering the solar energy market with a plan to establish a photovoltaic module production line. The company has signed an agreement with Applied Materials Inc. of Santa Clara, Calif., for an Applied SunFab thin-film production line using 5.7-m2 glass substrates.
