Toshiba Teli America Inc. has expanded its CleverDragon suite of Camera Link digital cameras to include three high-speed color models for machine vision applications, including color verification, sorting and inspection. The CSCU30CC18 employs a 1/1.8-in.CCD to deliver noninterlace 30-fps video with 1628 × 1236-pixel resolution. Itfeatures shutter speeds from 1/30 to 1/71,500s, square 4.4-μm pixels and sensitivity of 2000 lx at f/8. The CSCQS9CC23 uses a 2/3-in. CCD to deliver 2456 × 2058-pixel resolution at 9 fps. It offers shutter speeds of 2 to 1/20,000s and sensitivity of 2700 lx at f/11. These two models offer Power over Camera Link technology to allow the transfer of image data, power and control signals on one cable. The CSCQS15CC23 model has sensitivity of 2250 lx at f/11.
