Kappa opto-electronics GmbH now is offering several Gigabit Ethernet cameras with various sensors and in color, monochrome and cooled versions. They produce megapixel resolution, operate at rates of up to 90 fps and provide a short trigger delay. They accommodate cable lengths of up to 100 m. Features include internal color processing, internal signature creation and, for the cooled version, a slow-scan mode at 67 dB. Also offered are the KCC (Kappa CameraControl) software, the sdk3 software development kit for integration into third-party software applications, and the KIB application software for measurement tasks.
