Nerac Inc. of Tolland, Conn., a research and advisory firm for technology development companies, and Harlin Ltd. of Salisbury, UK, a marketing and business development services provider, have formed a partnership. Under the agreement, the companies will integrate their research and advisory service offerings. This will increase the capabilities and the customer base of both companies.
