Luminit LLC of Torrance, Calif., a provider of custom and standard holographic diffusers, has entered into an agreement with Asahi Kasei Corp. of Tokyo, a provider of products for the fiber, pharmaceutical and petrochemical markets. The alliance includes a technology transfer agreement for holographically mastered light diffusion technology.
