The R1101 manufactured by
Lyncée Tec SA is a dual-wavelength digital holography microscope for 3-D topography applications. It has wavelengths of 682.7 and 660 nm working in alternate mode but also can operate at a single wavelength. It performs real-time surface characterization with step heights up to 10 μm in a single step without the need for vertical scanning. The camera has a 1392 × 1040-pixel array with 8-bit digital output. Available objectives are 1.25×, 2.5×, 5×, 10×, 20×, 50× and 100×. Vertical scan range is 1000 μm, with 12,500 μm optional. Maximum objective-dependent lateral resolution is 300 nm. In single-wavelength mode, the real-time image acquisition rate is 60 fps with 512 × 512-pixel resolution, or 15 fps with 1024 × 1024 pixels.
