Suitable for research applications in the life and material sciences, it has been integrated into the PicoView software platform for the company’s full line of atomic force microscopes, including the 5400 and 5500 models. Real-time 3-D imaging provides enhanced visualization. Each analysis document consists of a set of frames containing surfaces, profiles extracted from surfaces, the results of applying filters and other operators, analytical studies, and 2- and 3-D parameters that are compliant with international standards.
