IRnova AB has launched a series of integral detector Dewar cooler assembly modules that are based on its quantum-well infrared photodetector technology. The IRnova384 features a 384 × 288 long-wavelength infrared focal plane array. It is integrated with a Dewar and a cooler and has a peak spectral response of 8.6 μm that can be tailored upon request. It has one, two or four outputs offering maximum frame rates of 80, 150 or 260 Hz, respectively.
