Klastech Karpushko Laser Technologies GmbH is a diode-pumped solid-state laser that delivers a single-frequency TEM
00 beam at 1064 nm and 2000 mW by double-enhanced intracavity frequency conversion. It exhibits <1-MHz spectral linewidth, >100-m coherence length, vertical polarization, conversion efficiency ≥40 % by output/pump power and
≤0.3 % noise rms. It includes automatic output parameter stabilization as well as thermoelectric and conductive cooling. It is projected to last more than 10,000 h. The design is scalable to the multiwatt domain.
