Breakout cable assemblies are typically used indoors to connect an electronic equipment rack to an optical distribution frame or to connect electronic equipment racks and ensure easy fiber routing, quick installation time and maximum density. Cables are available with a wide variety of fiber counts ( single fiber diameter is 2.0, 1.6 or 0.9 mm ) and connector styles, in both SM and MM version; they can also be armored according to the customer’s requirement when special cable protection is needed. Our breakout cables are available terminated on one or both sides, guarantee low-IL and high-RL performances and are fully tested. In addition, each individual length of fiber can be customized to suit any specific application.
