ADC’s OmniReach Fiber Distribution Hub (FDH) 3000 series enclosures enable high optical line terminal (OLT) efficiency and physical layer access to fibers within the feeder and distribution network. This FDH enclosure is designed to meet and serve the distinct needs of diverse markets and customer segments. The unique design of the FDH 3000 provides for rapid connection between fiber optic cables and passive

optical splitters in the outside plant segment of the network, facilitating fast service connection and reconfiguration, simplified network installations and improved installation efficiencies in the field. Servicing from 24 to 864 subscribers, the FDH 3000 series enclosures offer the flexibility, modularity and "craft friendliness" to support both low- and high-density applications, different network system designs and diverse installation environments. The FDH 3000 incorporates four time-tested elements that have long impacted reliability, flexibility and operational costs within the central office, including bend-radius protection, intuitive cable routing, easy fiber/connector access and physical protection. Key features of the enclosure include a unique "swing-out frame" design, common splitter modules that allow for true Plug and Play functionality, extreme temperature tubing, integration slack storage spools, angled bulkhead panels, dust-cap friendly parking lot, and NEMA-4 rated design.
