Servometer/Precision Mfg. Group LLC's microminiature electrodeposited nickel bellows, which can be made as small as 0.020 in. (0.5 mm), are dynamically flexible -- they can bend, compress and cycle and are helium leak-tight.

The bellows are suitable for dynamic applications in which precision, repeatability, reliability and longevity are critical. They can be used as miniature flexible microcouplings, microhermetic seals, pressure-responsive devices, aneroids, electrical contacts or precision microsprings.

Servometer bellows can be designed for a variety of stroke and pressure combinations. The primary material  is nickel, but they can also be made of copper, gold or silver or a combination.

Precision components and assemblies can be designed to specification.
