The FR-103MC from Femtochrome Research is a palm-size autocorrelator that can either be configured for interferometric correllation, with a two-photon conductivity photosensor, or background-free with a nonlinear crystal second harmonic generation (SHG).
As an ultrafast detector, it is easy to use and provides unparalleled resolution. It is well-suited for OEM applications and for a pulsewidth range of 10 femtoseconds to 10 picoseconds.
Optional computer data acquisition (CDA) software is available for display and analysis of autocorrelation traces with a PC.
The standard version is suitable for pulse rep rates >10 kHz. A slow scan option (SSO) extends input pulse rep rates to >5Hz. A new version, the FR-103TPM, provides a high-resolution pulsewidth monitor for two-photon microscopy applications.
