Based in the Chicagoland area, the Defensive Systems and Land Forces Divisions are seeing strong growth as it designs, develops and manufactures products that protect manpower, aircraft, ships, satellites and ground vehicles from attack. We are the preeminent location for research, development, and testing of highly sophisticated, applied technologies useful in many applications.

FIRST OR SECOND SHIFT, MULTIPLE POSITIONS: The candidate will be responsible for building and optically aligning a high energy class IV laser. This will require the use of precision electrical, mechanical, and optical measurement equipment. Position calls for meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work from drawings, formal assembly procedures, and process control documents. A highly motivated individual able to work well in a team environment is essential. Preferred requirements: AS degree in electronics, lasers or electro-optics technical school or non-degreed with a minimum 4 years working experience in an electronic/optical manufacturing environment or military electronic or laser/EO certificate training with a minimum 2 years experience. Candidate must be willing and capable to work first or second shift. Minimum requirements: High school plus 4 years relative experience or AS plus 0 years relative experience. U.S. citizenship is required.
