Imago Scientific Instruments, a Madison, Wisc., maker of atomic-scale imaging and analytical technology, announced that
Barbara McPherson has joined the company as vice president of finance and administration.
. . . Joseph Campbell was appointed director of strategic alliances for North America by
Kuka Robotics Corp., a manufacturer of industrial robots. Campbell was formerly vice president of marketing and customer service at Adept Technology Inc., and has been active in the robotics industry since 1980. Kuka is a Clinton Township, Mich., subsidiary of Kuka Roboter GmbH, of Augsburg, Germany.
. . . James E. Dauwalter, CEO of Entegris, and
David B. Miller, vice president and general manager of DuPont Electronic Technologies, were appointed to the
SEMI (Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International) North America advisory board, which provides input to the president of SEMI North America on regional activities of the association. Miller will serve on the public policy subcommittee and Dauwalter will serve on the communications and membership subcommittee. SEMI is a global industry association of companies that develop and provide manufacturing technology, materials and services to make semiconductors, flat panel displays, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and related microelectronics.
