Avago Technologies has launched a Web portal that details its LED lighting components and systems. Specifically developed for lighting designers who need to quickly find the appropriate LED product for their application, the site offers sections on the application areas of signs and signals, solid-state lighting, consumer items, and the automotive and industrial sectors. Users clicking on various subtopics, such as backlighting, displays, mobile equipment, emergency lighting, control panels and telecommunications, will find access to white papers, datasheets, application notes, new products and selection guides. Designers also can use the “Ask the Expert” feature to address queries to Avago’s technical experts.
