Klarmann Rulings Bought by Employees
MANCHESTER, N.H., April 8 -- Klarmann Rulings, Inc. has been bought by three of its long-time employees following the retirement of company president Carol Frost. Effective April 1, Ms. Frost sold the company to Christopher Wilmot, Klarmann's former plant manager and a 24-year company veteran; Kathy Lawrence, former sales manager with 20 years of service; and Dawna Morin, Klarmann's former office manager and an employee of 15 years. Mr. Wilmot will serve as the new company president, Ms. Lawrence as vice president, and Ms. Morin as treasurer. Klarmann Rulings is a 35-year-old privately held manufacturer of reticles, rulings, evaporated coatings, slits, and related items for optical instruments.
