Sick Inc. Relocates, Expands in Minnesota
Sick Inc. has expanded and relocated all of its production and warehousing facilities in Minnesota to the Eagle Creek Industrial Park, the company announced Friday. Its North American headquarters will remain in Bloomington.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held Nov. 13 to celebrate the Eagle Creek Operational Center’s (ECOC) grand opening. The 50,000-sq-ft expansion doubles Sick’s floor space in the Twin Cities.
Employees at ECOC will manufacture and distribute Sick’s industrial automation products, including sensors, safety systems, encoders, and machine vision and automatic identification systems.
This is the company’s third expansion since it began operations in the Twin Cities area in 1976.
