Gestalt Robotics Joins INDUS Group
INDUS Holding AG has acquired robotics technology company Gestalt Robotics. The company joins INDUS’ engineering segment. Gestalt Robotics is a developer of automation technologies for industrial, laboratory, and mobility applications. Its portfolio includes visual quality control and asset tracking systems, autonomous navigation of mobile transport systems, and adaptive and collaborative robotics and assistance systems.

Founded in 2016, Gestalt has approximately 50 employees and generates annual sales of €5 million ($5.4 million). The company will remain operationally independent following the transaction, and will continue to be led by Thomas Staufenbiel and Jens Lambrecht, co-founder and managing director.
