!%AnaSpec Inc.%! has extended its online technical support with the addition of a keyword search function for its Frequently Asked Questions section, which is now organized by category. It enables users to more quickly and conveniently find information in the FAQ database of possible solutions. A keyword search returns a list of results sorted by relevance. The question categories are peptides, antibodies, dyes, assay kits, combinatorial chemistry, general and uncategorized. The FAQ page is found on the Technical Notes drop-down menu of the company’s Web site.
