Downloadable from the company Web site, the publication describes analysis, retention time and peak repeatability using Shimadzu’s liquid chromatograph ion trap time-of-flight mass spectrometer, Prominence UFLC, and high-speed Shim-pack XR-ODS columns. Research determined that the method provides shorter analysis time in comparison with the conventional liquid chromatography method.
