Downloadable from the company’s Web site, the document notes that the Soft Imaging System device offers a Peltier-cooled CCD chip and a dynamic range of 14 bits. It discusses the camera’s efficient lens-optical design, its sensitive phosphorous scintillator and its operation in conjunction with the tomography software, iTEM Solution Tomography. Specifications, diagrams and an application list are provided for the device, as well as for other models in its family.
