Commercial clinical laboratory Ambry Genetics of Aliso Viejo, Calif., and RainDance Technologies Inc. of Lexington, Mass., have jointly announced their partnership in using the latter’s RDT 1000 instrument for sequence enrichment and resequencing validation. Researchers can use the device and the former company’s services to reduce study time by running samples more quickly. The latter company provides instruments, consumables and reagents for sequence enrichment, ultradeep sequencing and methylation analysis.
