!%Warner Instruments%!, a Harvard Apparatus Co., has
published its 2006/07 catalog of specialized tools for electrophysiology and cell
biology research. The 352-page, color-coded resource specifies new items such as
a bilayer clamp amplifier, a planar lipid bilayer thermocycler, a spill sensor system,
and confocal, disposable silicone and ultraquiet imaging chambers. Nitric oxide
and fiber optic oxygen sensing systems are presented. An overview of imaging systems
discusses imaging and recording chambers, stage adapters, temperature controllers,
perfusion systems and objective warmers. A chamber cross reference chart is provided,
along with charts, diagrams, technical notes, photographs and indexes.
