Ultrahigh-brightness light source manufacturer !%Energetiq Technology Inc.%! announced recently that it has built a clean manufacturing facility at its Woburn, Mass., location. The 800-sq-ft cleanroom will provide Class 1000 assembly capability for the company’s Laser-Driven Light Source products, which provide broadband deep-UV, visible and NIR light for analytical applications requiring ultralong lamp life.
