!%Kentek Corp.%! of Pittsfield, N.H., has acquired fellow laser safety products maker Laser-Professionals Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Kentek also provides laser components and accessories for end users in various sectors, including medicine. With the acquisition, Kentek launched Laser Smart Services, which includes laser safety audits, training and consulting.
