Teledyne e2v, Teledyne DALSA and Teledyne Princeton Instruments are combining new office space in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, where the three entities are represented by Teledyne Imaging Group’s Teledyne Japan.

Barry Roth, director of Teledyne DALSA, said merging the three into one company will allow Teledyne Imaging to offer a portfolio of integrated and intelligent vision solutions that spans sensor, camera, frame grabber, sub-system, and intelligent devices.

Rafael Romay, vice president and general manager of Teledyne e2v Professional Imaging, also said the merger will enable customers to experience more success.

"It is our common vision that through the sites merging, we can further integrate our resources, share experience, and exchange technologies to continue to offer high performance vision technology, enabling customers to succeed across a vast range of applications and industries,” said.
