Brimrose Receives Innovation Showcase Award

The Brimrose Corporation of America has been named a 2017 Innovations Showcase Winner at the Process Expo show held in Chicago. Brimrose received the award in the category of “Bakery, Grains, Seeds and Snacks,” for its Luminar 4060/4070 spectrometers.

The 4060 is for laboratory analysis while the 4070 offers free-space analysis. Both spectrometers service a wide variety of cross-market applications, including blend control, drying processing, pharmaceutical, agricultural/food, polymer, textile and pulp and paper.

The Brimrose Corporation uses Acousto-Optic Tunable Filtering (AOTF) for its spectrometers operating in the NIR range, and has been producing spectrometers for 25 years.
