TKH Group Adds to TKH Vision Portfolio with Euresys Acquisition
TKH Group has reached an agreement to acquire Euresys Group, a developer of hardware and software for 2D and 3D image analysis, video capture, and processing. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Euresys’ main markets are computer vision, machine vision, factory automation, and medical imaging. The company’s offerings also include frame grabbers, IP cores, and custom products.
