Melles Griot Promotes Jamie Hutchins to Product Manager

Melles Griot is pleased to announce the promotion of Jamie Hutchins to Product Manager for Vision Systems. Located in Rochester, New York at the the Melles Griot Optical Systems facility, Mr. Hutchins, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rochester, will lead Melles Griots marketing, product development, and sales efforts for machine vision products, which include innovative lenses, lighting products, and integrated vision modules.

Machine vision products are a rapidly growing segment of the Optical Systems Division. According to Mr. Hutchins, "The availability of low-cost computing power coupled with Melles Griot's proprietary telecentric imaging technology makes machine vision an extremely attractive option for a wide variety of manufacturing applications."
