Mad City Labs, Inc. Introduces a Two-Axis Piezoactuated Tip/Tilt Stage

MADISON, Wis., Aug. 31 -- Mad City Labs, Inc. introduces the Nan-MTA2 two-axis piezoactuated tip/tilt stage for mask alignment and laser beam steering applications. The total range of motion is 2.0 milliradians per axis, with sub-microradian resolution under closed loop control where angular alignment and precision are essential. Available with rectangular or cylindrical footprint for ease of installation, and in both aluminum and invar.
