New Focus Replaces CEO

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 17 -- New Focus Inc. said Monday that its president and CEO Kenneth Westrick has resigned for "personal reasons." The company said chairman R. Clark Harris has been named to replace Westrick as president and CEO. Harris took over as chairman from Milton Chang in August.
