Anadigics May Sell Fiber Optics Unit
WARREN, N.J., Nov. 19 -- Circuit and chip maker Anadigics Inc. said it may sell its fiber optics product line and would partly outsource its testing operations. The company also plans to sell $75 million in convertible senior notes in a placement to institutional investors.
The company said its wireless product revenues are expected to reach $13 million to $13.5 million, up from earlier forecasts of $11 million to $11.5 million.
