ASML Sells Tinsley to SSG Precision Optronics
AMSTERDAM, Dec. 20 -- ASML Holding NV has sold Tinsley Laboratories Inc. to SSG Precision Optronics Inc. for an undisclosed sum. Tinsley was a unit of Silicon Valley Group (SVG), which ASML bought earlier this year. Massachusetts- based SSG is privately owned and specializes in space-based and other high-performance optical subsystems. It has around 200 employees.
