WTT Acquires Microlab/FXR
PARAMUS, N.J., Jan. 4 -- Wireless Telecom Group Inc. (WTT) announced it has acquired Microlab/FXR, supplier of components for the wireless infrastructure industry, for a net purchase price of $3.8 million in cash.
"Microlab/FXR has a proven product line that supports not only the commercial wireless infrastructure market, but also military and aerospace markets," said Edward Garcia, president and CEO of WTT. "Microlab/FXR recently introduced new products that have superior performance in certain key parameters, such as loss and signal interference, which are becoming increasingly critical as wireless use escalates. This makes them a preferred choice for customers."
WTT provides electronic noise generation equipment and manufactures test equipment to measure power of RF and microwave systems for telecommunication markets.
