Fraunhofer Institute Buys AIXTRON System

AACHEN/FREOBURG, Germany, March 12 -- The Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Solid-State Physics announced it has bought a new AIXTRON 200/4RF-S system for developing nitride materials for ultrahigh-brightness blue and ultraviolet light-emitting diodes and violet-emitting lasers for optical data storage.
